Cancellation Policy

T Venture Media Your Vision, Digitally Built Effective Date: June 30, 2025 1. Booking & Consultation Free Discovery Call: All new clients are eligible for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss their project needs. Deposit Required: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project in our calendar. Project Start Date: Projects begin only after the deposit is received and all necessary materials (logos, content, preferences) are submitted. 2. Services Offered Website Design & Development: Available nationally. Includes Wix-based eCommerce, business, and personal websites. Ongoing Website Maintenance: Monthly or quarterly maintenance packages available. Custom PC Builds: Available locally in Terre Haute, IN. 3. Payment Terms Deposit: 50% upfront. Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before handoff or go-live. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, or Bank Transfer. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: If canceled by client, the deposit is non-refundable. No further payments will be owed. Rescheduling: Projects may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Further changes may result in additional fees. 5. Turnaround Time Standard Projects: Completed within 3–5 business days from project start (once all assets are received). Rush Projects: Available for an additional fee and subject to availability. 6. Communication Communication will be handled via email, Discord, or phone during business hours (EST). T Venture Media is a solo-operated business, and replies may take 24 hours depending on workload. 7. Revisions Web Projects: Include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed hourly. PC Builds: Revision to part list must be made before purchase. After that, changes may incur restocking/shipping fees. 8. Client Responsibilities Provide all content (text, images, branding elements) before the project start date. Respond to requests or revision approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays. 9. Final Deliverables For websites: Admin access and login credentials will be transferred upon final payment. For PC builds: Final payment is due prior to pickup or delivery. Warranty information will be provided with the build. 10. Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to delivering professional and timely services. If you're not satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
