Third-Party Tools Disclaimer

T Venture Media uses and integrates various third-party platforms, tools, and services to deliver client projects and ensure functionality. This disclaimer outlines the limitations of our responsibility regarding these tools.

1. Use of Third-Party Services

As part of our services, we may utilize third-party platforms such as:

  • Website Builders: Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress

  • E-Commerce Tools: Printify, Appstle, Seal Subscriptions

  • Analytics & Marketing: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, email marketing tools

  • Hosting & Domains: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare

  • Payment Processors: PayPal, Stripe, Square

  • Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Discord, Trello

These tools are used to improve service delivery, optimize performance, or meet project goals.

2. No Ownership or Control

T Venture Media does not own or operate these third-party services. Therefore, we cannot:

  • Guarantee uptime, performance, or availability

  • Control feature updates, bugs, outages, or deprecations

  • Override changes to their terms of service or privacy policies

3. Client Accounts & Licensing

In many cases, clients must create or maintain their own accounts with third-party providers. Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their account is active and in good standing

  • Reviewing and accepting the provider’s terms and policies

  • Paying for any ongoing subscription or usage fees (e.g., Wix premium plans, plugin licenses)

4. Support Limitations

We will provide support in setting up and configuring third-party tools as outlined in the project scope. However, long-term support, troubleshooting, or training related to these platforms may require a separate support or maintenance agreement.

5. Platform-Specific Limitations

Some features may be limited by what the third-party platform allows. T Venture Media will inform clients when a requested function is not natively supported or may require custom solutions or workarounds.

6. Changes to Third-Party Terms

If a third-party tool alters its features, discontinues a service, or imposes new fees, T Venture Media is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or cost. We will recommend alternatives when feasible.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to hold T Venture Media harmless for any damages, data loss, or service issues caused by third-party tools or services beyond our control.
