
Website Maintenance Terms

These Website Maintenance Terms outline the scope of ongoing services provided by T Venture Media to clients enrolled in a website maintenance plan. By subscribing to our maintenance services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Maintenance Services
Maintenance plans may include some or all of the following (based on the selected package):

Software and plugin updates (Wix, CMS tools, etc.)

Security monitoring and patching

Monthly or weekly site backups
-
Minor content updates (e.g., text/image swaps, blog post uploads)

Technical support and troubleshooting

Uptime and performance monitoring
-
Basic SEO health checks and improvements
Specific deliverables are outlined in your chosen plan or contract.
2. Exclusions
The following services are not included unless otherwise specified:

Full redesigns or new feature development

Extensive content additions
-
SEO overhauls or marketing campaigns

Recovery from third-party platform outages (e.g., Wix, hosting platforms)
-
Emergency fixes due to client-side errors or unauthorized access
Requests outside of the scope will be quoted and billed separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Notify us of any website issues, content updates, or unusual activity

Avoid making high-level site edits unless discussed in advance
-
Maintain updated contact information for account access and support
4. Response Time
We aim to respond to all maintenance requests within 1 business day and resolve non-critical issues within 72 hours. Critical issues (e.g., site down) will be prioritized.
5. Payment & Plan Terms

Maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually (based on your selected subscription)

Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services

Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice
6. Termination
You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
T Venture Media reserves the right to terminate maintenance services if:

The client breaches terms

The website contains malicious content or illegal material
-
Repeated late payments occur
7. Limitation of Liability
T Venture Media is not responsible for:

Data loss due to third-party failures
-
Downtime caused by external hosting issues
-
Security breaches caused by outdated third-party tools not covered under your plan
We will, however, make every effort to resolve any issues quickly and minimize disruption.
8. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes by email.
