Payment Policy

T Venture Media requires timely and secure payments to begin, continue, or complete all services and transactions. This policy outlines how payments are handled across our offerings.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via secure invoice or checkout links)

  • PayPal

  • ACH/Bank Transfers (for high-ticket or custom projects)

  • Cash (in-person services only, such as local PC builds)

Payment instructions will be provided at the time of agreement or invoice issuance.

2. Deposit Requirements

Most service-based projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins:

  • Web Design / Branding / Consulting: 50% deposit

  • PC Builds: 100% of hardware cost + labor fee (non-refundable)

  • Rush Projects: Full payment upfront or 75% deposit, based on scope

Work will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

3. Final Payments

Final payment is due:

  • Upon completion of the project, and before final delivery or handoff

  • Prior to site launch, file transfer, or PC pickup

  • Within 7 calendar days of receiving the final invoice

Delays in payment may result in service interruptions or withholding of final deliverables.

4. Late Payments

A 5% late fee will be applied to invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date. After 30 days of non-payment:

  • Work may be paused or terminated

  • Any access to work in progress may be revoked

  • Outstanding balances may be referred to collections

5. Ongoing Services (Maintenance, Subscriptions)

For recurring services:

  • Payments are processed monthly or annually depending on your plan

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current

  • No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law

6. Refunds & Disputes

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility and procedures. Clients are expected to attempt good-faith resolution with T Venture Media before initiating chargebacks or formal disputes.

7. Payment Disclaimers

  • T Venture Media reserves the right to adjust pricing for services with 30 days’ notice

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise agreed
