Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: July 8, 2025
At T Venture Media, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and custom solutions. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a structured refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Service-Based Projects
Deposits
All custom service projects require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. This secures your spot in our workflow and covers planning and initial work.
Refunds After Work Has Begun
Refunds are not issued once work has started on any project. Partial refunds may be considered only if no more than 25% of the project scope has been completed and the client has a valid reason for termination, subject to our discretion.
Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after it has begun:
-
The deposit will be retained
-
Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly
-
Deliverables (if any) may be shared based on payment received
Project Cancellation by T Venture Media
We reserve the right to cancel a project due to:
-
Inappropriate client behavior
-
Lack of communication (defined as 7 consecutive days of no response)
-
Breach of agreement
In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed, and a prorated refund may be issued if appropriate.
2. PC Builds (Local Service Only)
Deposits & Hardware Costs
Clients are responsible for all hardware costs upfront. T Venture Media charges a separate, non-refundable labor fee for the build.
Cancellations
-
If the client cancels before parts are ordered: Full refund of hardware cost.
-
If parts have been ordered but not assembled: Refund of remaining part value (minus restocking/shipping fees, if applicable).
-
If build is completed: No refund available. All sales are final.
Warranty & Returns
Hardware warranties are managed through the manufacturer. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the build is completed.
3. Recurring Maintenance Plans
Clients may cancel maintenance plans at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital products, downloads, or assets are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and take legal action where necessary.
