Terms & Conditions

Welcome to T Venture Media.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by T Venture Media, including but not limited to web design, website maintenance, digital branding, and PC building. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services Provided

T Venture Media offers:

  • Custom web design and development (primarily on Wix)

  • Website maintenance and ongoing support

  • ADA compliance integration

  • Branding and digital asset creation

  • Custom PC building services (local only)

  • Other digital solutions and consulting services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse service at our discretion.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

All services provided are based on a pre-agreed project scope. Any changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges and require a revised agreement.

Clients are entitled to [2] rounds of revisions per project phase unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

3. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a deposit before work begins (typically 50%, unless specified).

  • Final payment is due upon project completion or before delivery of final files.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee after 7 days past due.

4. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness. T Venture Media is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or third-party delays (e.g., domain/hosting issues).

Rush projects are available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide all requested content, feedback, and materials in a timely manner

  • Maintain backups of their content (unless part of a maintenance plan)

  • Ensure they have appropriate rights to any third-party materials provided to us

6. Intellectual Property

All custom work created by T Venture Media remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

T Venture Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. For PC builds, hardware issues must be handled through manufacturer warranties.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on project cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable services.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We use third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Google Workspace, Shopify, Printify, domain registrars, etc.) as part of some services. T Venture Media is not responsible for issues, outages, or losses resulting from third-party platforms or their terms of service.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of major changes via email or our website.

​

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indiana state jurisdiction.
