Data & Security Policy

Last Updated: July 8, 2025

At T Venture Media, we take data protection and cybersecurity seriously. This policy outlines how we manage, store, and secure personal data and project-related information, both for ourselves and for our clients.

1. Data Collection & Handling

We collect client data only as necessary to:

  • Communicate effectively

  • Deliver contracted services

  • Maintain project files and payment records

This may include names, emails, addresses, login credentials, billing information, and content assets.

All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and is never sold, leased, or distributed without permission.

2. Data Storage

Client data is securely stored using encrypted and access-controlled systems, including:

  • Cloud-based storage (Google Workspace, Wix, secure email)

  • Project management tools (used internally and confidentially)

  • Password managers (for storing temporary access credentials)

Data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the services provided or as required by law.

3. Access to Client Accounts

When clients provide login credentials (for hosting, domains, Wix dashboards, etc.), we:

  • Use the credentials strictly for the agreed-upon services

  • Do not share access with unauthorized parties

  • Recommend the client reset their password after project completion

Access may be revoked by the client at any time.

4. Security Practices

We take active steps to ensure data and systems are protected, including:

  • Strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication

  • Regular software and plugin updates

  • Secure connections (SSL) on all websites and communications

  • Limiting admin-level access to only essential personnel

5. Data Breach Protocol

In the event of a known or suspected data breach:

  • We will investigate the incident immediately

  • Affected clients will be notified within 72 hours

  • We will take all necessary steps to mitigate the issue and prevent recurrence

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing their own accounts and passwords

  • Avoiding the use of unsecure or public networks when sharing sensitive data

  • Informing T Venture Media of any suspected compromise of credentials or access

7. Third-Party Services

T Venture Media may integrate or use third-party services (e.g., Wix, Shopify, Google Workspace). While we vet these providers for security, we are not responsible for breaches, misuse, or outages caused by those third parties.

8. Ongoing Monitoring

We continually review our tools and procedures to ensure up-to-date data protection and compliance with best practices in cybersecurity.
